Mrs. Ladessa Marie "Pat" Cramer, 72, of Covington died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday (January 1) at Lakeview Hospital at Danville, IL where she had been a patient for a few hours. She had been a resident of Fountain and Warren counties for most of her life. Born Oct. 23, 1903 at Williamsport, she was the daughter of Samuel and Nora Watts Rector. She married Roy R. Lamb in February, 1922. She later married Fred Cramer on March 29, 1949. He died Oct. 11, 1970. Surviving are a son, Ora E. Lamb of Nokamos, IL; two stepchildren, Evelyn Rouse and Fred Cramer Jr. of Danville; four half-sisters, Elizabeth Blue of Danville, Betty Hutson of Kingman, Retha VanLeer of Covington and Ruth Chambers of Wichita, KS; a half-brother, Richard Rector of FL; her stepmother, Hazel Ramer of Covington; a granddaughter; a great-granddaughter; and four step-children. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home with Rev. Robert H. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery at Urbana. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday. - tch
